Roblox won't launch

Fix issues relating to Roblox launches

Believe it or not, this usually isn't related to Horizon itself, but rather a design flaw of Horizon. Do NOT make tickets for this as it is unrelated to Horizon.

First, press the windows key and type 'Disk Cleanup'. Launch the application - it should look like this (after it initializes):

Un-Check everything and then check 'Thumbnails', press 'OK', and then press 'Delete Files'. Again, if this does not work try to follow the section titled 'Bans', as you may be Silent HWID banned.
